Reader comment on item: Can Islam Be Reformed?
in response to reader comment: Clueless Muslims part two

I don't know what "Evangelicals", as you called them, call you. I don't know who you are.

However, it is clear to me you have ... assumptions in relation to the end result of the acts and actions of the face of evangelical Christians, George W. Bush (Jr.), Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld. Collectively, they conspired and lied with the help of manufactured evidence to their own people and the entire world regarding the existence of WMD in Iraq - which has been amply proven - and caused the invasion of a country directly resulting in more than a million of its citizens to be killed and much more than that to loose any hope for a decent life in the next decade or two; the country is in ruins and being split wrt religious affiliations. So these upstanding Christians are, what both Christianity and Islam calls them as, "kafir" (not kufur as you daftly refered in your paragraphs).

It is about time, the Christian US and the West in general, realise that the Islamic Terror is a reaction to the long time economic and social opression of the Western nations and economies. A quick look at the weapons trade, environmental hypocracy, currency trade denomination and domination of West in the international political bodies due and by their arm forces, will make it very clear that the West needs to change. Forget about trying to change others to fit into your mold of the world. Those days are over.
