I'm glad we are on the same page, Daniel.

So, how about this, which I have been in favour of for a number of years:

Take a look at "The Lost Crusade: America in Vietnam", and look at where FDR pops up. For supporting information, take a look at the footnotes on those pages. Then ask this: Can this be done from Marrakesh to the Hindu Kush mountains?
