While being that i am a US soldier in the US Army, it's very easy to serve my country and the way of life. Because the koran tells me to. In the koran it state that a good muslim is one who obeys the laws of the land and protects and defends his land from those who try to oppress it. Is this not what im doing?. After sept 11. I join the military on the 17th and from then on being in battle,struggle or jihad with those who are oppressers of islam... the terrorists.

Dont forget the iraqi people/muslim/christians that fight these same terrorists on the forefront of their own land. people who dont understand islam are quick to judge with negiataive remarks, but the koran speaks to truth which many people refuse to understand...it's reality. As a convert the quran taught me the reality of life. and you know what, many people cant deal with that...the truth. We all say we need truth justice and equallity but is it really and do we?. When i look at the world today all faiths are directed towards peace, but is man ready for peace?.

As human being as a race we are violent creatures from the begining of time, yes we have our own minds but man is corrupt and the koran helps me it past the fake illusion of what man has set forth. Now dont get me wrong, we all want to live in peace with each other but many of us dont. Who...? we can never tell only G-d know this. It's like what a jewish hebrew man told me once. normal/regular muslim and jews dont want to fight or war but it only take a few to start conflict and carry the crowd. Which bring me to my point : each faith have great peaceful and spiritual people in them, but you also have to understand that there are also very evil and corrupt ones that reside in each faith also.

We as relgious people must understand that and face this problem head on...no one wants to say their faith have evil and coldhearted people in them. but we hear about crimes commented everyday all over the world from people of all faith,race gender. When will the world and faith wake up? THE GREATEST TRICK THE DEVIL EVER DID WAS MAKE THE WORLD THINK HE DIDNT EXIST....search each faith and weed out the bad ones.....in this life time...dont think so! but thats the only way there be peace on earth.

OH!! again as an American muslim in the military...this country has raised me both in good and bad but alway set for change for the better. it's time for muslims to speak out and use our force to cast down this evil shadow about islam. CONGRATS TO KEITH ELLISON FIRST MUSLIM SENATE AND THE TWO HINDUS SENATE ALSO. TIMES HAS COME FOR A BETTER CHANGE.
