Black Hawk, there is no great mystery here. The blessed Qur'an and Hadiths very clearly explain the reasons for Muslim behavior.

Volume 9, Book 85, Number 77
"You should Know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle, and I want to exile you from this land, so whoever among you owns some property, can sell it, otherwise you should know that the Earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle."

The earth belongs to Muslims, and unfortunately, Christians, Infidels, Jews, atheists, agnostics and the other religions refuse to acknowledge and submit to the Muslims as required by Allah. What would expect them to do; Allah promised them the earth and we are in a state of unprovoked rebellion and refuse to acquiesce.
