Why Muslims intimidate the west?

Reader comment on item: Intimidating the West, from Rushdie to Benedict

Submitted by Act Now (United States), Sep 27, 2006 at 11:44

Two points of on this issue:

1. Why do we talk of west alone? Why are we so self centered? Is Islam or Muslims intimidating the west alone? Have Muslims waged wars on the west alone? This is a global issue and we must talk about it on a global basis.

2. Muslims intimidate anyone who let them intimidate. Simple. It is not a complicated issue.

If we want ot stop intimidation, don't divide the world into West, Jews, Israel, Christians, Hindus, Indians, Chinese, Russians, Serbs, Croats, Greeks, French, Germans ... Muslims don't -- it is just Ummah.
