Honor killings and genitals

So in India there was an honor killing a while back. It was in the news. The news mentioned some references to the caste system. They mentioned the people's names. But no mention of the religion. At least both the man and woman were killed. Consistency is good; they didn't discriminate like Muslims. I remember there was this Muslim honor killing in Britian a while back, and the titles of some articles had "Muslim" in it. By the way, they call a genital mutilation outside of Islam a labioplasty.
