There are people who notice that the message from the highest profile Muslims (they are the ones with blood on their hands) is: submit or perish.

I guess those with blood on their hands discount the response that their actions will catch up to them. Or, they fully expect it, and they conclude that it won't matter.

Despite claims to monotheism, those with blood on their hands and claim the identity of Muslims, they have taken a very different path as compared to Jews or Christians.
