I'm at a loss as to what your point actually was other than to specifically suggest that Catholics 'love Islam'. If there was any logic to this supposition it would clearly stand to reason that Muslims would be welcomed more by nations with a strongly Catholic population. This would be borne out by the population numbers. It isn't. These numbers actually contradict your point which made zero reference to fundamentalism. It seems clear that there is no demonstrable logic to your assertions other than medieval superstition. Unless you imagine that all fundamentalists come from the same place and co-ordinate their emigration patterns it stands to reason that they are going to form a reasonably consistent percentage of every community that has a Muslim component.

I would be very interested to hear of your personal experiences in each of these countries and how they contradict these facts. Anybody who imagines that Catholics in general have more respect for Arabs than Jews must have some very interesting stories to tell. Especially given the sentiment that most Catholics that I know have maintain that we have American WASP's to thank for giving the Arabs such oil wealth.
