I believe you are the one who must be a newbie to this site.

Have you read... "The Force of Reason?" Have you considered what the previous (now late) Pope said (or failed to say) during a visit to Syria? Have you failed to consider what the current pope's higher officials (representatives of the catholic church) have to say about Palestinian terrorists?

If you've yet to discover that there is a strand of Catholicism which does not seem at all bothered by fundamentalist, terrorist Islam (or those who murder in cold blood Israelis) -- then I suggest you might start by reading papers other than the Guardian or articles by Robert Fisk.

Quebec... recently conducted a march, led by a number of politicians (including from the Bloc Quebecois), and what flags were they marching under? Why Hezbollah flags of course. It was apparently a rally in support of a designated terrorist organization -- that's Hezbollah. Also for your information, the largest ex-pat Lebanese community in the world happens to be -- quess where? Look it up.

Finally... equating demographics as a sole indicator of whether or not group X admires, "loves," or otherwise agrees with the ideology of group Y is hardly "logical." I would suggest you take an elementary course in logic or, for that matter, statistics. .. The math world is quite beyond univariate statistics (circa the 1960s) -- in today's world, we're in a multivariate universe (that means looking at multiple factors, not single factors as indicators.)
