Terrorism in Britain

Reader comment on item: Piggybacking on Terror

Submitted by David Vieira, Sr. (Brazil), Aug 29, 2006 at 17:37

Someone has said that democracy has within itself the seed of its own destruction. Without doubt this is what has happened to Britain, "the mother of all democracies". In the name of freedom and democracy it allowed in its territory all sorts of persons who hate democracy, and want to establish a dictatorial caliphate.

Nowadays, in the name of same democracy, it cannot simply kick them out of its territory. I have no doubt that within 30 or 40 years democracy will no longer exist in Britain. All British will have to accomodate themselves to Islamic law, and will live as dhimmi (subjected persons) within their own country, with all the limitations of freedom that dhimmihood implies. It is sad, but true.
