What Idiocy - we must change the language of debate.

Reader comment on item: Strange Logic in the Lebanon War

Submitted by Jack Teller (United States), Aug 18, 2006 at 20:35

When did we forget that Israel is fighting for survival against an agressor? We must continue to deliver that message, and that THERE IS A MORAL OBLIGATION to respond with WHATEVER FORCE IS NECESSARY to escape total destruction. Which all the sorrowful critics keep forgetting is the avowed aim of the attacker. Somehow, letting these critics phrase the language of discussion must be overthrown. Its a lot like trying to discuss an issue with a NeoCon who constantly used 'newspeak' and totally distorts the factors involved in the issue.
