unending terrorism

from one who lives in israel, i believe after this pullout, the terrorism will continue in full force.
here in israel we are forgeting fast. Now the arabs are nearer to the border of Netiv Ha`asara, in the south.
What then will we do whan a mortar wil be shot straight toward this town?
i know the retaliation would be harsh. then war would erupt.
