Dear Dr Pipes, your reader Salman Baig from UAE exhorts us to believe that Islam is just and fair because it does not allow a man to marry more than one woman unless he does justice to all of them. I do not doubt Mr Baig's sincerity about his beliefs but he is blinded by his faith. Where is the justice when a man is allowed to do justice to four women but a woman is not allowed to justice to four men. And, will there be any justice even if she were allowed to render such a justice to equal number of men.

How many times we have to repeat this argument before it sinks in?
