not an attack on Islam

Maybe I should have titled my comment 'The hypocritical world of religion'. I was not having a dig at Muslims as such, it was just that the comment I was responding to was about Muslims being outraged by the flags of their countries being displayed on a brothel. Had it been about Christians I would have said exactly the same thing, because the fact of the matter is, I have clients (paying for sex) of all religions and i'm pretty sure none of the Holy books promote that.

Your response, however, seemed rather like an attack on the Christian religion, which brings me to the point of this comment. In my humble opinion religion in general is an unpleasantly hypocritical thing. Considering the amount of people in this world who claim to be religious, there don't seem to be as many teetotal, monogamous, honest, non-judgemental people turning the other cheek and loving their fellow man. It seems to me that most religion is just an excuse to fight wars, judge and hate others.

You ask why Christians rape, kill and drink. Why does anybody? Because they are bad people. Whatever religion they are hiding behind. I do not follow a religion, I embrace all people of all cultures so i'm sorry you thought I was attacking Muslims. I do not believe in a separatist world, only a world where people accept others for what they are and what they want to do, so long as nobody gets hurt. And if that means seeing prostitutes then so be it.
