Come now! "The rape victim refused to cry out"? And that makes her an adulteress? Has God somehow miraculously prevented rapists from knowing how to use a gag? How to hold a knife at the throat?

I wonder how often a woman who was a rape victim under these laws decided not to report the crime, knowing she'd be killed right alongside the malefcator.
