Not only saudi men, but also emiratis have been doing he same in Egypt and other vacation resorts, since more than one hundred years, if we want to start counting from the direct pre-oil prosperity and the rapidity of modern travel means. "Muta'an", they call it. Emiratis do that with very young thailandese girls (never more than ten years old) who are sent to them ,on a monthly basis, by local pimps. After they have satisfied their desires, they send them back to their countries, or let them be bought by middle east brothel owners.

Some years ago, a Bahraini woman,a journalist, dared denouncing that kind of practices and especially their official approbation by mollahs and imams. She did that in interviews to Memri TV and Al Arabiyyah. Since then, she is living in a hideout somewhere between Spain, Portugal and France.
