Addressed to the post of Ira Katz

You asked:

"Are they [teachings of the Koran] or should they be interpreted literally?"

A more important question would be - "What influence do they have on society?"

Your post Ira [the whole post], is an important post for all to ponder deeply, and seriously, as to whether they want to live in peace or war. War is brutal. Everyone knows that. But what is not so well known, is - in peace, prosperity flourishes [for all - even the poorest]. [But, one should ask, what is 'Poor'?....a thought for another time and issue]

Islam is not peace. So says the Koran.

Teachings matter.

What we teach (or allow to be taught) to our young - matters.

Because - we all [everyone] will - reap what we [or is allowed to be] sow.

I ask, what justification can be given for allowing the young to be taught the following....

Taught in the Koran:

Beheadings (047.004) - Racism (005.041) - Gang Rape (033.052) - Crucifixions (005.033) - Genocide (033.061) - Treason - (008.067)

Ever witness a beheading? You can, if you need to, on the internet. But be WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!..... it will [or should, depending on your teachings] leave you deeply appalled and sickened]....for quite some time.

The sole supreme authority of all of Islam is the Koran. That's a fact. And it teaches beheadings [among other things].

Here are those teachings:

Beheadings (047.004) - Racism (005.041) - Gang Rape (033.052) - Crucifixions (005.033) - Genocide (033.061) - Treason - (008.067)

The Koran is online for all to see for themselves.

Here's the question for any and all PEACEFUL societies:

Are those the teachings that we want to feed to our young?

There is a Proverb, which has total truth to it, and it goes something like this: "Give me your child for the first 5 years of his life, and I'll make him mine forever".

The question for all of society is this: ...

Do you want to live in a society that teaches its young to obey the Koran? And it does not matter what the so-called 'peaceful' and 'moderate' muslims say - they have no controll - none whatsoever - over the teachings [or its conseqences] of their own Koran.

Is it a good [or wise] thing to be feeding the young [the next generation] the following teachings?....

Beheadings (047.004) - Racism (005.041) - Gang Rape (033.052) - Crucifixions (005.033) - Genocide (033.061) - Treason - (008.067)

Do you want to live in such a society? one that does not allow women to laugh out loud in public?, or to sing?, or to dance? [Goodbye Hollywood.....What a shame. I prefer [and i know that i don't stand alone] to feed my child a decent Kabuki. No such thing exists in Islam]!

It matters....the things we teach to our children.

Should the 'moderate' muslim be allowed to bring their Koran with them?

because.....all of us will reap what it sows.

Choose. You can not have both. Pick one.

Which society would you [the reader] rather live in?....

Taught in the Koran:

Beheadings (047.004) - Racism (005.041) - Gang Rape (033.052) - Crucifixions (005.033) - Genocide (033.061) - Treason - (008.067) [Go see for yourselves...the Koran is online for all to see.

Certainly, those who choose to obey the words that it [the Koran] preaches - without any intervention to convince the reader that its words don't really mean what they say - [which will prove the liars who say different - to be the most dangerous liars of all time] will become the most vicious and merciless murderers ever known to all of mankind. [is this not so today?]

Taught in the New Testament:

Rom 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Which society would you [the reader] rather live in?

Choose only one. You can not choose both. That is [whether you like or not] is where this society of America is left - With a choice.

Choose. If you don't choose, a choice will be made for you....[whether you like or not] if you don't take a stand for that which is right.

What is right? What is good for all?

You [the reader] be the judge for yourselves and for your own children.

This not a game. This is for real. And it doesn't take a team of scholars, nor geniouses, to figure it out.

Submitting....
