Bush Promotes A 'Palestinian Right Of Return' -He Is Israel's De Facto Enemy Through His 'Efforts'

Reader comment on item: Bush Promotes a Palestinian "Right of Return"

Submitted by Adina Kutnicki (United States), Jan 14, 2008 at 19:48

Whenever Jews, and especially Israelis, proclaim that Bush is the best friend Israel has had in a long time, I cannot help but want to shake them into reality.

As a Republican I voted for Bush for various (clearly misguided) reasons, but was utterly blindsided when he announced his goal to create a PA (terror) State. From that moment on I saw all the signs - President Bush was hell bent on creating another Islamic state, regardless of the consequences for Israel.

Under the guise of a 'peace process' he has every intention of implementing Baker's long held hostile plans towards Israel. What various wars could not achieve, they plan to implement through 'peace processes'. Hmmm.

The fact that his Secretary of State has become the latest champion of PA Arabs, thus endangering Israel to an unprecented degree, attests to Bush's animus towards Israel. It does not matter whether he is simply mimicing Bush Sr's hostility towards Israel or not. The catastrophic results will be the same.

It cannot be understated that the Olmert government is the most post Zionist in Israel's history, and therefore, Bush has a willing accomplice to Israel's dismantlement. The only way to turn this looming catastrophe around is for outside forces to place maximum pressure upon certain Israeli parties, (Shas & Israel Beitenu) so that the government collapses, and new elections are implemented.

If it looks like a duck....
