A Broad Spectrum of OpinionReader comment on item: Profs Who Hate America Submitted by Frederick Miller (United States), Nov 12, 2002 at 15:22 As a Yale graduate, my guess is that there is as broad a spectrum of opinion among the faculty as there is in the relatively well educated public. There are those who are looking for attention and if taking such an attitude is one way to get it, they will opt for it.We all know that there are extreme groups demonstrating about everything from the latest Harry Potter movie and its glorification of the occult to the most ardent advocates of PETA. I find it hard to consider college professors in general quite as hostile to our defense efforts as this article suggests.
