Political Agenda Disguised as Religion

The most salient point I found in your eloquent article was that our system in the West makes it nearly impossible to ban unsavoury organisations which disguise themselves under the banner of religion.

The Qur'an - 8:39 says "Make war on them until idolatry is no more and Allah's religion reigns supreme." In any other document but a 'bible', this would classify as sedition but because it hides under the definition of a religious belief, constitutions in the West protect it. In a world presented with changing threats it is time to change the way we deal with them. Just like the way charities are funded in Australia, we should classify religious objectives according to whether they are in fact religious or political and only protect the former.
