Why did he, Trump, choose 7 countries from where there have been no violence or attacks and omit the other Arab countries.

The conjecture is that Trump businesses are in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Libya and therefore, he wanted to avoid attacks on his businesses.

It appears he took the seven countries from a list the Obama administration had compiled in February 2016.
