The term lowest point on earth would be مكان اكثر انخفاض الارض or the place of the lowest (point) on earth so do you find this is the aya? and here is the word انخفاض from a dictionary

   1 ." أَجَابَ بِصَوْتٍ مُنْخَفِضٍ " : أَيْ بِصَوْتٍ خَافِتٍ .
   2 ." هُوَ مُنْخَفِضُ الصَّوْتِ " : خَافِتُ الصَّوْتِ .
   3 ." اِشْتَرَى سِلْعَةً بِسِعْرٍ مُنْخَفِضٍ " : أَيْ بِسِعْرٍ بَخْسٍ ، غَيْرُ مُرْتَفِعٍ . " أَسْعَارٌ مُنْخَفِضَةٌ ".
   4 ." أَرْضٌ مُنَخَفِضَةٌ " : الْجُزْءُ الأَسْفَلُ مِنْهَا ، وَاطِئَةٌ .

3. مُنْخفَض :

   جمع منخفَضات :
   1 - اسم مفعول من انخفضَ : على غير قياس .
   2 - ما هبط عن سطح البحر ، عكس مرتَفع
   • منخفض أرضيّ : موضع ينخفض فيه سطح الأرض عمّا حوله من جهات .
   • منخفَض جوِّيِّ : ( الجغرافيا ) منطقة يكون الضغط الجوّيّ فيها أقل من ضغط المناطق المحيطة بها ، ويكون عادةً أقل من الضغط العاديّ .

4. مُنْخفِض :

   1 - اسم فاعل من انخفضَ .
   2 - واطِئ ، مُنْحدِر " طريق منخفض ، - أرض منخفضة ".

5. انخفضَ ينخفض ، انخفاضًا ، فهو منخفِض ، والمفعول منخفَض :

   على غير قياس
   • انخفض الشَّيءُ : مُطاوع خفَضَ 1 : انحطّ بعد عُلُوٍّ " انخفض شأنُه ". • انخفض السِّعْرُ : مُطاوع خفَضَ 1 : نقَص " انخفضت سرعةُ المحرّك "
   • مُنخفِض الدَّخْل : دخله بسيط أو دون البسيط .
   • انخفض الصَّوتُ : غُضّ .
   • انخفض النَّبضُ : ( طب ) خفّت حركتُه .

6. معدّل فائدة منخفض على قرض:

   أي أدنى معدّل مقبول وبهامش ضيق بين سعري الشراء والبيع . ، وتعني بالانجليزية : fine rate

." مُنْخَفَضٌ أَرْضِيٌّ " : مَوْضِعٌ يَنْخَفِضُ فِيهِ مُسْتَوَى سَطْحِ الأَرْضِ عَمَّا حَوْلَهُ مِنْ جِهَات

So can you read this? let me guess you cannot and let me help you: Munkhafad al-ard or the LOWEST point of earth means the place where the level of the surface of earth is below all directions
