Bush's speech at the Knesset

Dear Sara:

I thought President Bush's speech at the Knesset was eloquent, and beautiful. It carried none of the "Israel is the problem" rhetoric of our current President. Unfortunately, as George Bush laid down his principles and commitments, Sec. of State Condi Rice was busy betraying every principle and commitment the President was making. This could not have been done without the President's knowledge.

I always appreciated the kind words President Bush had for Jews and Israel. Unfortunately, his policy in action was hardly better than what we have now. He merely let others do his dirty work for him. That being said, it was better to have a Leader who obviously held Jews in high regard. Our current Leader seems to have an opposite attitude.
