Look, you're simply wrong. The Enlightenment, the knowledge of the Greeks and Romans was protected by the Muslims. The Christians destroyed the Great Library at Alexandria, Christians were the ones who persecuted Copernicus, and Galileo, did you forget all that history? the Spanish inquistion? Down your little memory hole I guess?

Google Averroes. If you like Aristotle, you need to thank a Muslim, or Algebra, Optics, Medicine, Philosophy, or many other advances, Islam nurtured those along.

You opine loosely about slavery, but, have you forgotten the American record on that? The Spanish? The British? The Quran prohibits a life of slavery, while the Bible has no limits. Slaves under Islam are required to be able to earn their freedom, we weren't so charitable to the many blacks we moved in the Rum trade.

I point to South America and Africa as other examples of colonized lands, these lands aren't principally Muslim, but are in similar stages of development. There's a reason, and colonialism is the one common denominator. I'm not lying, I'm not the one denying history. Google Averroes, Google Ibn Rush'd,
