When will Islam change

in response to reader comment: Does anyone know when the Age of Enlightenment in the Moslem world happened ?

If enlightenment means: Total abandonment and distortion of Gods message (as those before have done), then never. If it means returning back to the teachings of the Quran as shown by Muhammed PBUH and his companions, then soon. Muhammed PBUH said: "Islam began strange and will return strange, blessed be the strangers" I don't know what enlightenment you are waiting for. We believe the enlightenment is what Muhammed lived
