in response to reader comment: The fly and the antidotes story

Submitted by the Grand Infidel of Kaffiristan (Australia), Nov 28, 2011 at 19:59

Mr Slayhy - without having a brain - (and no 'forelock') - how can bacteria of different species know to migrate to one particular wing of a fly? Is it the left wing or the right wing? Similarly - how can the various and several 'antidotes' know which particular wing the various and several bacteria are on ? And then move to the opposite wing?

What are these 'antidotes'? Are they 'antidotes' to the effects that these particular bacteria may have on humans (but not other animals) ? Or are they antidotes to actual poisons within the bacteria that affect humans?

I've looked up that respected journal 'Nature' and found nothing that mentions this phenomena. It must be a very closely guarded secret. There is research based on the observation that flies and other bugs can land in disease filled piles and not get sick. But none of this is based on anything in the islamic scriptures. . Can you cite the scientific staff and universities , theses and reports associated with this? Also the name of the drug company manufacturing the AIDS treatment and the names of the drugs concerned?

Otherwise it goes into the overfull bin of junk, unsubstantiated claims.
