Some translate ناصية as prefrontal cortex some use the slang language of forelock.

The accurate use is the prefrontal cortex that is responsibble for all decisions taken by a person

Hence the miracle in the Quran - how did Muhammad know about it

it has been frequently used in the Quran not only in the verse I have mentioned -
