Reuven Boruch - You are suggesting common sense

The possible course of action suggested by Mr Reuven Boruch could have been one of the alternative responses by Israel that could have worked perfectly. There are many more alternatives which could have worked perfectly for Israel. For example, Israel could have declared in the UN at least a week back that :

1) The Flotilla is breaking international law by entering Israel's territorial waters without permission and this will be considered as an act of war.

2) Turkey is breaking international law by interfering in the internal affairs of Israel and that any casualitys caused will be turkey's responsibility.

3) Israel should have exposed the jihadis in the group and should have declared its readiness to hit them if they eneter israeli waters.

You do not have to be a military genius to work out something better. You only need common sense and an understanding of the real objectives of the flotilla organisers to design a response. However it appears to me that current israeli establishment does not understand their enemy well, nor do they have common sense.
