Reader comment on item: "Free Gaza" Flotilla Defeats the Israel Defense Forces

If the latest attempt by Israel to enforce security measures by limiting or preventing materials that would fall into the hands of Hamas is characterized as an Israel defeat, then let the true measure of the circumstances be known. The Free-Gaza flotilla is another tool of the enemies of Israel to continue the assault on the integrity of Israel's sovereignty, which if the Russians were to be put into the same or similar situation on their border or territorial waters, certainly we know the outcome of that. And the Russians would not let the world impressions of their actions dictate their determination.

That being so, then the question (rhetorical, for those who know the truth know the true answer); why does Israel not have the same rights of sovereignty to defend her national security? Khalid Mashaal has already puppeted the repetitive answer of the desire of Israel's enemies(among others), among and with whom the Free-Gaza flotilla's organizers can now be freely associated. Remember the Nationalist Socialists attempted to gain access to America by sea during World War II; one wonder of the Iranians (or anyone else) had the operation under surveillance from under the Mediterranean. Funny how they assert Israel is conducting the siege, when Israel is the one being surrounded, from Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Arabia Egypt, the United Nations, even from the sea.
