"we could conquer every inch of the globe...if we threw compassion and convention to the wind and flexed our military stregnth to it's maximum there would not be a single shred of this world not living under the stars and stripes."

I have to correct you here. Despite the size and strenght of the US, it could never pull that off. If you pressed your military strenght to it's max you will have a small amount of time in power left. Big mistake that would be and the opposing force will be enough to flatern the US. Also China is also a huge supper power and it would be without a doubt suicidal to take on. China would flatern the US without too much trouble. Don't think for a moment that you are the only big boys here. Also every nation has it's time of power and I asure you, the US will one day lose it's power The moment you become powerful is the moment a clock starts to tick. Power doesn't last forever and it will fade so don't get cocky with it. The US is not invicible and it can be leveled. Just remember, you are not the only supper power here. Taking on the world would be a huge mistake.

"we could conquer every inch of the globe" You americans wonder why the world thinks little of you? Well that comment there is one of many reasons. You are being cocky and big headed and no matter how big you are, even small nations aren't afriad of you. It's those comments that you americans make that annoy us the most. It's as if you believe you will have power forever or something. As if you cannot be touched or something. Here is one big advice for you, cut it out! One day you will be without power and comments like that won't make you any friends.
