I don't think there was much to pick out of your last speech - I appreciate the commentary, although I simply don't share the same view...

The only thing that I would point out is that jails are not a testament to the belief that freedom is not for everyone. I don't think that there is any part of human nature inclined to confinement - and nor is there any bit of evidence that the proper counter to crime is confinement...Of course one can mention the flawed justice system, the disparate rates of incarceration racially, and the alarming percentage of those incarcerated falsely...
