Nice one. ha ha!

Dr. Pipes,

It's nice of you to bring this school's opening to our attention, but I think we should wait to see more about it before we jump to premature conclusions. As a teacher myself, I recommend we wait to see some the following:

1. faculty selection (foreign nationals vs American citizens / number of union members)

2. student body breakdown (I hope they're not creating a school just for muslims like they did for gay students)

3. course books and syllabi (I'd be interested in knowing which text they adopt for US history)

4. curriculum outlines (Does it meet American standards?)

5. and the state test scores (pass or fail... waiting for these results takes years, please put it on someone's 2009 calender)

US public schools take years to develop a personality and mission. Let's give this one a chance to be something good. I am
