If people want to come and live in our country, they should a) swear allegiance to it, and b) they learn our language, we do not necvessarily have to learn theirs. I agree with Dr. Pipes about the need for Arabic speakers, but that is in a totally different context. The same could be said for French, german, Chinese, Russian etc. etc. without the need for setting up specialist schools to teach them, be they called Madrassas, or anything else.
