No such group by that name. John the sniper is not a muslim, he was part of Farrakhans clan. Fuqra is a name given to a group of muslims by the FBI ATF and CIA. They cleared Mubarak gilani of the daniel pearl investigation. I am a follower of Mubarak shah Gilani.
