Financing of Snipers, Motive Assessment

Why has no one in the media questioned how individuals staying in homeless shelters obtained the funds for GPS devices, laptop computers, meals at Outback, etc?

Also, it is totally ridiculous to see people like Wolf Blitzer asking alleged journalists like Weisskoff of Time, "what the motives" of the snipers were. Since when did journalists become psychologists, as I am?

How many individuals who believe they have reason to be unhappy with life go on killing sprees with sophisticated technology; technology their lifestyle would prevent them being able to afford?
