to infidel: Bible, Quran and the flat earth

Reader comment on item: What Jewish Ties to Jerusalem?
in response to reader comment: Harrak, Bible's Flat Earth Theroy

Submitted by tariq (Pakistan), Aug 1, 2006 at 14:43

the bible says: He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth (Isaiah 40:22)

it says circle not spherical. the bible teaches a flat earth and there are many verses to prove it.

Also the Quran does not say that the sun sets in murky water. in fact those verses only teach that the earth is round, as in sphere. read those verses and THINK! THINK HARD!!
