Religion of Peace?

Reader comment on item: British Opinion Surveys from an Islamist Hell

Submitted by Jaladhi (United States), Jul 25, 2005 at 21:54

As long as the politicians, the media pundits, and leftist intellectuals (who know nothing) keep calling Islam as religion of peace instead of what it really is, the world is never going to get rid of terrorism. The plain fact is that the terrorists are true Muslims who are just following what is written in Quran and Hadith and preached every Friday by zillions of imams and mullahs all over the world. No wonder Muslims never criticize any of these atrocious acts of violence perpetrated by the fellow paragon of virtues all over the world.

In light of these facts, no one should be surprised by the poll results from Britain. If we take the same poll here in USA, we will get similar results. A Muslims' only allegiance is to Quran and fellow Muslims and nothing else. So why be surprised if Muslims have no allegiance to any nation they live in.

Instead of being grateful to the nations which let them in there, they pay them back with the acts of violence at appropriate time. I am sure we have a large population among Muslims who deeply sympathize with Bin Laden and his followers and will create trouble in our country just like in Britain. I hope our Government is watching them.
