Dinaz,

thank you for the comments. I will make sure that I study further the activity of the Islamofacists in the Kashmir region.

The trouble began well before the 70s but the roots of the present terror go back to at least the massacre of the Israeli athletes at Munich. In fact I think that it is very significant that they chose Munich to be a place of massacre against innocent Jews. This attitude has continued throughout the whole world-wide ordeal of attempting to deal with this form of terrorism.

I do not believe that Australia should be considered immune from this terror. Some of the sleeper cells have already been discovered. Interestingly the one man who has been released from Guantanamo Bay spoke out in favour of the bomb blasts. The media failed to roundly condemn his views here, and they seemed to hang on his every word. This is not healthy.
