How to defeat terror

I heard this idea on the talk show of Michael Savage and I believe it is the right idea.
He said that, to defeat the terrorists, America and the West must practice the terror againist the Islamic countries without claiming resposibility.

All these Islamic Countries practice the terror againist the West and America and they claim no knowlage of these terrorists.
In fact these countries teach hates to their land and they are responsible 100%.

If the Americans and the west will not do the same through special individuals and claim no resposibility, they will be defeated.
Look at india, they have a lot of moslems, but if any thing bad happened from the Moslems, the Hindos start to kill the moslems the same way.
America and the West are dealing with savages and must treat them the same way.
