As disturbing as these numbers are, we have to separate the Muslim controlled areas with the areas controlled by the Infidels. With 1% or more of the 1.6 million Muslim population willing to participate in Jihad in England, that is 16000 terrorists there, and if the same numbers are true in the US, with 9.9 million Muslims, we could expect at least 99,000 terrorists here.

If you sum the Muslim populations for the countries with more than 75% Muslims the total is 938,496,595. Those countries would, most likely, have at least 50% or more willing to participate in "Holy War" which would give you about 469.24 million potential jihadists. If you assume that 1% of the remainder living in areas with less than 75% Muslim population would be willing terrorists or very sympathetic to the cause of Islamists, you have another 5.6 million. I consider these very conservative estimates on the number of Muslims willing to wage "Holy War" against the non-Muslims of the world.
