People actually take this seriously?

From the few stories I picked out and read, I can tell that none of this has anything to do with Islam, in fact the actions of of many of the people would be considered incorrect in Islam. Even a few of the things mentioned that try to stem from Islamic rulings, ... All this post does is mention the shameful acts of many people. The same can be done with citing criminal statistics and instances of crime in the Western World. You'd probably even find a lot of stories that are similar here in the West.

If Islam was actually followed correctly, there would be no problems in the first place, and nothing ... to post. Even if the people in the stories above claim to do this in the name of religion, there is no evidence for what they are doing, and they are incorrectly interpreting and following the guidelines laid out in the Quran and Hadith. It's very easy to gain followers and reader through, ignorance, intolerance, . ...
