That being said, you also do realize that the majority of said cases take place in tribal regions, the occupants of which are uneducated and - let's say- culturally challenged. Thus, it is not at all expected of these people to know much about anything, much less Islamic law. Given the above, all cases you mention and discuss are isolated, deviant cases. It is too hasty a generalization to claim that these individuals constitute the archetypes of Islamic culture. As rebuttal, it only seems fair that I create a weblog showcasing the many ways in which Christians have contradicted the teachings of Jesus. I wouldn't, however, for the simple reason that Islam condemns any acts of disrespect towards other religions. Concealing the fact that such cases are isolated, deviant incidents is a fallacy....
