"Rare" is still too much

To the persons who claim that this type of thing does not occur often: ONCE is too often! Shame, shame, shame on them for treating the most vulnerable members of society, young girls, with such barbarism and brutality. These males are not men--they are slilme, and so are the "jurists", religious or otherwise. Shame on them for being weak bullies and perverts. Shame on them for abusing children.
