Is it only Muslims??

It is unfortunate that such things happen to children not only in 3rd world countries, but in developed /advance countries as well. These acts are all performed by sick children predators who if were put to death upon conviction. This could be a wake up call for other predators who may even think of abusing/exploiting an innocent child again!!
