Reader comment on item: Strange Sex Stories from the Muslim World

Submitted by Cynthia Grenier (United States), Apr 15, 2008 at 13:34

What a courageous little girl! What an admirably strong character and so young. And thank God/Allah for thyat wise and compassionate judge. May he set an example for all his fellow judges. Terribly important to bring such stories to the attention of western readers. To say nothing of the burqa tradition. Those poor wretched women, to say nothing of their husbands and children. It's like reading some horrible twisted fairy story. Terrible tales but ones we need to be aware of, to try and struggle to bring these folk into the 21st century.

Thank you, Daniel, and keep up the admirable work. All best, Cynthia
