The bogus claim by Islamists that Islam and Muslims respect women

It is real hypocrisy when we hear from islamists that islam improves the lot of women and that if women are to wear al-hijab or al-niqab then men would look at them some how with respect which is very far from the truth. Sexual harrasment of women in Egypt is a real problem as you can see in this episode from el-Mihwar TV and the title of the episode is

el-tahreesh el-ginsi fi masr: Masak sidri we gargarni minhu

This is Egyptian Arabic and I would translate it as:

Sexual harrasment in Egypt: He caught my chest (read this as my breast) and pulled me from it (read the it as breast)

What is indeed tragic is that the victims do not always report such crimes and even if they do they can be viewed as they are the ones that brought onto themselves

So much for the lot of women under islam
