State of the Jewish People or Jewish Religion?

Reader comment on item: Accepting Israel as the Jewish State[: Public Opinion in Four Arab Countries]

BIG DIFFERENCE. In perhaps the last (no one has budgeted another) American Deceniel Jewish pop. survey of 2000, 1/3 of people who said they were Jewish said their faith is not Judaism. Accordingly, there are many who feel they are ethincally Jewish only. It only points out that they feel they are part of a "Jewish People".

The issue is that Jewish Peoplehood stems from a common history as related in Bible. That history, however, is contradicted by Koran. Every Muslim knows that the Bible, as we know it, was counterfeited by the Jews as a pretext for Zionism. Official Islamic policy is that the Koranic version is true to the original version of the Bible. It is extremely difficult if not impossible to find an imam or ayatola who would recognize a Biblical truth when it is denied by a Koranic truth. For this reason, NO RELIGIOUS MUSLIM CAN ACCEPT THE CONCEPT OF A JEWISH PEOPLE! Look at all the literature to validate this statement.

Treaties were signed with Israel but not a 'Jewish" state. I posit, therefore that there is no way ever that any agreement with a Muslim entity will recognize not only that Israel is a state of the Jewish People, but that A JEWISH PEOPLE EXISTS! I see zero probability that Islam will modify this concept.

I challenge readers to find evidence to dispute this finding.
