Sir, I always admire your analysis. Unless we define enemy, name the enemy, whom are we fighting with? It's a big question and all of us should think about it.

India has been reluctant about defining enemy even if we had three wars with Pakistan and one sever with China. Our leaders do not dare to name enemy.

Our media organize a sponsored programme like "Aman Ki Asha' when we should do Koshish (TRY HARD).

From your article and analysis of situations, I have few unlearning tips for USA . They are as follow -

1. Unlearn that Pakistan is a friendly country while Pakistan is training terrorists and Pakistan Government is unable to take any initiatives to stop those terrorists camps.

2. Unlearn that hard core terrorists can be made in a day. Terrorists are made with support from nation, Institutions and leaders. Unless we kill them, destroy them, marginalize them, we can never get rid of terrorists.

3. Unlearn old way of tackling security problems in 21st century. Earlier people were less educated today they are twitters, computer savvy individuals. They could be son of Air Marshal of Defense Forces; they could be son of a King etc. Agencies will have to unlearn that terrorists are less educated or ignorant soul who can be reformed.

4. Unlearn that nation can be protected with Internal security while outsiders are training enemies. India is doing this mistake for long time. USA should not do this. If USA administration wants USA secure, they will have to think of Pakistan Terrorists camp. Unlearn old way of security perceptions in this globalised world.

Unlearning old ideas may help USA administrators protect its territory better and ensure rule of law and human growth in the world.
