Abuu,

How does a regular Muslim guy like you interpret and address "slay the pagan", "fight people of the book until they are subdued" and not make friends with Christians and Jews" in the Quran. Why would your god Allah want to you to kill others of his creation if in fact your god is the creator? Maybe he's not? Christians and Jews believe in the God of Abraham. If you claim the God of Abraham is your god Allah, why would He want Muslims to fight Christians and Jews who also believe in Him? Oh, because we Christians and Jews give Muhammad no credence as a prophet. Doesn't that put belief in Mo as the final prophet a greater obligation than believing in God?

I really want to know from a Muslim if you believe you should act on the violent verses in the Quran (there are over 100), and if not, why not? It's the word of your god Allah, isn't it? Be truthful, I know about taqiyya (lying to further Islam).
