Salah Ali: Afraid of Allah's wrath? He has told to keep away from arguing with kaffirs in Koran 4:140.

Salah Ali, you do seem to know bits and pieces of Islam. I agree atheists are not meant to be talked to according to your prophet. They must be killed:

Bukhari Volume 9, Book 84, Number 57: Narrated 'Ikrima: Some Zanadiqa (atheists) were brought to 'Ali and he burnt them. The news of this event, reached Ibn 'Abbas who said, "If I had been in his place, I would not have burnt them, as Allah's Apostle forbade it, saying, 'Do not punish anybody with Allah's punishment (fire).' I would have killed them according to the statement of Allah's Apostle, 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'"

What are you doing writing on this board? You refuse to talk to people who differ from your world view. Now, that is a truly Islamic attitude. Allah is afraid that if you dispsute with people about religion you will lose faith in Him, which is why He told Muslims:

004.140 YUSUFALI: Already has He sent you Word in the Book, that when ye hear the signs of Allah held in defiance and ridicule, ye are not to sit with them unless they turn to a different theme: if ye did, ye would be like them. For Allah will collect the hypocrites and those who defy faith - all in Hell:-

What theme should I turn to for you to 'sit' with me for a friendly chat? The glories of seventh century Arabia? Or the dignity that Islam brought to slaves and women??

006.068 YUSUFALI: When thou seest men engaged in vain discourse about Our signs, turn away from them unless they turn to a different theme. If Satan ever makes thee forget, then after recollection, sit not thou in the company of those who do wrong.

Now admit it Salah, you are afraid to 'sit in my company' lest you anger Allah and end up in hell!

Agree not to agree at all? You sound very Koranic. It reminds me of this statement of Allah:

109.001- 106 YUSUFALI: Say : O ye that reject Faith! I worship not that which ye worship, Nor will ye worship that which I worship. And I will not worship that which ye have been wont to worship, Nor will ye worship that which I worship. To you be your Way, and to me mine.

Dead right. Differences will persist till the end of times as long we are humans. But Allah either does not seem to know that or He is bent on forcing all of us into the straitjacket called Islam:

003.085 YUSUFALI: If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah), never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost (All spiritual good).

009.033 YUSUFALI: It is He Who hath sent His Messenger with guidance and the Religion of Truth, to proclaim it over all religion, even though the Pagans may detest (it).

Salah Ali, you do not seem to have read the Koran carefully. Allah tells Muslims that only Muslims are humans. He says that kaffirs (atheists, Jews, Christians, agnostics, Buddhists.. ) are really (like) catle or wild beasts or dogs with lolling tongues.

025.044 YUSUFALI: Or thinkest thou that most of them listen or understand? They are only like cattle;- nay, they are worse astray in Path.

007.176 YUSUFALI: If it had been Our will, We should have elevated him with Our signs; but he inclined to the earth, and followed his own vain desires. His similitude is that of a dog: if you attack him, he lolls out his tongue, or if you leave him alone, he (still) lolls out his tongue. ….

Whether you attack me or leave me alone you will find me lolling out my tongue like a dog. I did not say that, Allah did.

The essence of the Islam is very simple and easily understood: Worship only someone who calls Himself Allah in Arabic. If you do not you will be fried in hell forever. All sins however HEINOUS can be forgiven but not the utterly innocuous and silly one of worshipping anyone or anything other than Allah. This is the true essence of the Koran:

004.048 YUSUFALI: Allah forgiveth not that partners should be set up with Him; but He forgiveth anything else, to whom He pleaseth; to set up partners with Allah is to devise a sin Most HEINOUS indeed.

004.116 YUSUFALI: Allah forgiveth not (The sin of) joining other gods with Him; but He forgiveth whom He pleaseth other sins than this: one who joins other gods with Allah, Hath strayed far, far away (from the right).
